What' s Brøkton? A Japanese-style small-plates pop-up created by fellow Actonian Donna Freed and myself to celebrate our love for W3.
Our first Acton supper club of 2018 coincides with the launch of my new book Robata - Healthy Japanese Home Grilling.
We will be serving a menu based on recipes in the book and we'll be whipping up some Japanese-themed cocktails and wine specials.
On arrival: A Selection of Seasonal Pickles and Small Bites
Starter: Miso Atlantic Cod on Spring Greens
Mains to Share: Pork Tsukune and Golden Beets, Robata Lamb Ribs, Green Bean Robata Tofu Salad, Mountain Rice Steam Parcels and Japanese Slaw
Dessert: Drunken Pineapple with Miso Ice Cream
Tickets for the feast cost £38.50 (drinks can be bought on the night, Vindinista has an impressive list of carefully selected wines).
